This a polyester 100% rPET fabric, backed with a waterproof and breathable laminate coating. PUL means “Polyurethane Laminated”. A safe polyurethane film permanently is bonded to fabric using a unique thermal process without toxic solvents.

Moisture will be kept from passing through however heat is able to escape.

This fabric was originally designed for the medical industry because of its robustness to repeated washing and to sterilization process using heat steam.

It is also certified for contact with food and washable at 60°C.

PUL rPET fabric is very quick to dry and suits projects intended for repeated and frequent washing.

It is a very durable fabric. For example, nappies made with this material last at least a couple of children with only the elastic needing updating between children.
